Only used once so far in rice. Easy to use, no taste.

I love rice and if this really works, it will be a game-changer. I won't know if it works until I get my annual lab work done to see that my glucose levels are down and I'm no longer pre-diabetic. But since reading about their research and the positive effects it had on the study group, I have high hopes. I can't wait for them to do this with pasta. I didn't taste any change in the rice and the fiber did not impact my intestines negatively. That is a huge plus. I'm going to be ordering a bigger bag of this pretty soon. I high recommend anyone who loves rice and who uses it in so many meals but wants to keep their blood sugar down, to try this.
The product is easy to use (just add to the cooking process), and it does not alter the taste or texture of the rice. I guess I just don’t know if it is doing what it claims or if I should go back to the occasional brown rice and pass on the white rice.
